- Madehere Africa acts as a platform connecting Buyers and Vendors. We are not directly responsible for the fulfillment of returns or refunds.
- The primary responsibility for processing returns and refunds lies with the individual Vendor.
- We encourage Buyers and Vendors to communicate directly to resolve return and refund issues.
- This policy applies to physical goods purchased through the Madehere Africa platform. Digital goods or services may have separate return policies.
2. Vendor-Specific Return Policies
- Each Vendor on Madehere Africa is responsible for establishing and communicating their own return policy.
- Vendor return policies should be clearly displayed on their product pages, including:
- The timeframe for accepting returns (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days).
- The conditions for accepting returns (e.g., unused, undamaged, original packaging).
- Whether the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The process for initiating a return.
- Any restocking fees.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Vendor’s return policy before completing a purchase.
3. General Return Guidelines (In the absence of a Vendor’s policy)
If a Vendor does not explicitly state a return policy, these general guidelines will be considered:
- Timeframe: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective items, or items that do not match the product description.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

5. Refunds
